| For the period 25 October 2007– 31 January 2008 we are offering a 10% discount on all items ordered from the ZAT gallery. We hope that this will make the forthcoming holidays more beautiful for you, for the people you love and for your clients. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
How to make a purchase
The gallery of Zinev Art Technologies /ZAT/ is not an e-commerce site, so we kindly ask you to call or email us with the details of the work of art you are interested in. We will confirm that the goods are still available and make arrangements for payment and collection or delivery.
Confirmation of the availability and condition of the item/s is made within a maximum of 48 hours from the inquiry /it usually takes much less time to retrieve this information/. As soon as we confirm the availability of the item/s we will get back to you with the latest information on the item, as well as its cost, including shipment to your place of residence, or to an address specified by you. An invoice will be emailed to you.
Payment may be made by:
1. A cheque made payable to Zinev Art Technologies.
2. Western Union or Money Gram.
3. Payment by bank transfer to one of our bank accounts, depending on whether you choose to pay in Euro, USD or BGN.
You may collect your purchase or we can arrange delivery to you. No goods will be released until payment in full has been received.
If you chose to have the goods delivered, we will include a delivery quote on your invoice. This includes packaging, insurance in transit and delivery costs. All items are delivered by a reputable express courier company – DHL, UPS, Econt Express.
The goods will be dispatched on completion of payment. We will inform you immediately of any delays, and advise you of the delivery day. You will be provided with the tracking number of the shipment, which will enable you to follow its transit. We will NOT charge you for the acquisition of a certificate by the National Art Gallery for any item that is scheduled to leave Bulgaria. This will be our responsibility. You will receive a copy of the certificate together with a translation in English.
Money back guarantee
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it with to ZAT for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on the following conditions:
1. You must contact us advising us of the return within 7 days of the order's arrival at your destination, either by e-mail – firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone - +359 889 306134.
2. The artwork must be returned to ZAT undamaged.
3. It must be shipped back within 10 days of the artwork’s arrival at your destination.
Provided the above conditions have been met, we will arrange for a full refund of the costs of the artwork to you. You will not be refunded the delivery costs and you must pay for shipping the work back to us and insurance of the work during transit to us. The refund will not be made until the work has been returned undamaged to us.
We conform to the Data Protection Authority. Your details are processed only for the purpose of fulfilling your enquiry and will not be shared with any third party. You may ask for your details to be added to our exhibition mailing list, but this will not be undertaken unless requested.
