A supervisor from @Xfinity just hung up in my face. After telling me a call I previously had did not exist. Which is inaccurate b/c all calls are recorded.I even gave her the agent name I spoke with.I’m offended. I am a customer and i don’t feel like that was okay to do.

@Xfinity What irritates me the most is that I set up for an appointment to come see what's wrong then all of a sudden it starts to work again I go on down detector and it says there's no problem but there is I don't want to give you my location over Twitter

@HI_Im_Tafari @Megaflare08 Hmm... like I currently have wow internet and we dont have a data cap. It's only like $75 a month but the internet does go down maybe 2 times a month and the signal isnt strong sometimes, but I may just keep it instead of switching. Comcast will probably charge me $130+
