Client Onboarding Retention Specialist

As a Client Onboarding Specialist at Textbroker, you’ll have the opportunity to guide and support new clients signing up on the Textbroker platform.

The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for assessing the needs of the new clients and leading them through the ordering process to ensure they are set up for long-term success. This position has unlimited commission earning opportunity!

Job Summary:

  • Reach out to new clients who sign up on Textbroker’s platform

Client and Author Services Representative

Job Duties:

Reporting directly to the Manager of Client & Author Services, this role is responsible for providing support to our authors and clients via email, live chat and phone. This role also has administrative duties. Successful candidates may have the opportunity for advancement to a higher paying project once the candidate has mastered the CSS position.

Job Skills:

  • At least one year of experience supporting clients via phone and email (or equivalent customer service experience)
  • Be able to type a minimum of 45 WPM.
  • Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written.

Project Manager

Job Purpose:

Grow the business by assisting the sales department and supporting their clients. Build and maintain relationships with sales and managed clients. Managed clients are generally larger clients that pay a premium to receive additional or enhanced services. Ensure that clients are satisfied with the quality and timeliness of delivery of the content written by authors through the site. Meet client deadlines using creative solutions.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

  • Maintain individual support to sales representative.
  • Follow onboarding and pilot procedures.
  • Managing conference calls with clients and coordination with other departments.
  • Obtaining approvals from clients in various stages of their projects.
  • Follow up with inactive clients.
  • Order placement and oversight of project.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with managed clients. This will include customizing programs
  • and working with management to ensure proper pricing of those programs.
  • Daily follow up on all clients’ activities.
  • Communicate or escalate issues to management as appropriate.

  • Assess and manage clients’ additional needs.
  • Document all program requirements and manage the program to the agreed upon standards

Editorial Manager

Job Duties:

Manage the editorial process in accordance with company standards. Textbroker is a content provider that offers editorial review to our clients as an additional service. This offering is designed to distinguish our company from other content writing companies and is a critical part of the business. The manager will be required to rely on previous experience to lead, monitor and coach editors. This position requires constant review and refinement of workflow and processes involved to support our clients’ projects.

Job Requirements:
